Warranty Against Defects
FUSION CYCLES warrants each our products against defects in workmanship and materials for duration of
1.
FIVE(5) YEARS for TITAN-G3, TITAN-G2, TITAN-SL Frames.
2. THREE(3) YEARS for CRX-G3 & XCM-C2 Frames.
3. ONE(1) YEARS for ALR-G3, ACR, SLR, CRX-G2, XCM-G1 & XCM-G2 Frames.
4. ONE(1) YEAR for all components.
This
warranty is extended to the original owner according to the following
conditions and limitations.
The
warranty does not cover structural or cosmetic damage arising from abuse or
misuse including but not limited to damage caused by crashes, collisions,
owner neglect, improper installation and/or assembly, improper maintenance,
modifications, additions, changes to the original product, or other excessive,
improper or abnormal conditions. Wear from normal use or environmental
exposure is not covered by this warranty. FUSION CYCLES will replace
at its sole discretion any item or any portion of that item deemed defective
under this warranty.
This product is
not intended for use in stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or similar
activities or with motors or power-driven vehicles. This warranty is VOID
where the product has been used in any of these ways. The user assumes the
risk of any personal injuries, damages to, or failures of the products, and
any other losses if the product has been used in any such manner.
Under
no circumstances shall Fusion Cycles be liable for any damages or
injuries incurred by the use of its product. This includes, but is not limited
to: lost profits, lost savings, and incidental or consequential damages or
injuries arising from the use of, or inability to use this product.
The warranty only
applies to the original owner with proof of original purchase.
All claims should
be processed through FUSION CYCLES.
Labour charges
incurred from part changes, assembly, disassembly and freight are the
responsibility of the owner.
